What sizing challenges did Lavans face?
Lavans’s traditional fitting process relied on physically transporting sample garment bags to client sites. Workers tried on different sizes during breaks, and a Lavans representative recorded the chosen size manually. The process worked, but at scale it created persistent operational friction: managing which sample bag was needed at which client on which day, shipping new bags whenever a client added employees, and the time cost of in-person fittings for thousands of workers.

The deployment integrated directly with Lavans’s existing ordering workflow. Once a worker is measured, the system generates a size recommendation that flows into the order. No transcription, no separate fitting record to file, no lost paperwork.
Implementation took weeks rather than months. No hardware was installed at Lavans’s premises or at any client site. Field representatives were trained on the system in a single session and were operational immediately.
